Well the time has come to sell this, I've got too many cars and this one isn't getting used, so it deserves to go to someone who will get some use out of it!
MOT June 2011, tax (exempt) July '11. Owned since October 2009, and in daily use until recently. Just had new exhaust fitted, new tyres, clutch, stainless sleeved master cylinder and secondhand "ribbed" gearbox fitted about 7000 miles ago. Original 948cc engine, drives well but does use some oil, would probably benefit from new piston rings at some point. Bodywork is fairly good for the age, although there is some filler in the front panel, the paintwork is best described as poor and there are numerous dents and scrapes all over the car. The interior is original and has some splits in the front seats and headlining as expected on a car of this age. This has been a very reliable little car and I will be very sad to see it go.
Price £1100 ono, I am prepared to negotiate if I know it's going to a good home

Some recent pictures, the missing headlight rim has since been replaced and the numberplate bracket will be welded up today! Also the original (shiny) bootlid has been refitted.

Someone from the Autoshite forum with a very large collection of old cars, he plans to tidy up the bodywork and take it on a tour of Ireland! He seems like the right man for the job _________________ Richard Hughes |
