Nice pictures Rick. There was a New Year's meet on at Brooklands that I meant to go to, but I forgot... _________________ Richard Hughes |

I was intending to go to Sutton Park on New Years Day, as in the past there has been an informal gathering of WW2 military vehicles........a quick Google search told me it is no longer held there as Birmingham City Council and "red tape" put a stop to it.....
Now held at Chasewater who welcomed them with open arms and even mention it in there up coming events.... _________________ 1964 International Harvester |

Realised I had not posted on this meet - hooray you say!. The usual expert photography from Rick but that aside it was an interesting and varied selection of transport. I did not count but there were a large number of non VSCC cars which for me adds to the interest. Bit cold and wet going home though.
Certainly a bigger turnout than that at the mock medieval castle (foregotten its name) last year and more varied - come to that the food etc was better as well. I hope perhaps next New Years Day may tempt out a few more.
You know you need a break from all that food never mind the relatives. _________________ Jonathan Butler
