Kelsall steam rally and car show.
Kelsall is a two-day show although we only attended on the Saturday, when the weather was looking decidedly ominous for the majority of the day. Sunday was a much brighter day altogether I'm told. The dubious weather didn't put off the hundreds of exhibitors who turned up with their classic cars, lorries, motorcycles, bicycles, steamrollers and traction engines on Saturday though, and a good time was had.

Shown below are fifty photographs taken during our day at Kelsall. Favourites cars for me included the 1936 Daimler cabriolet, only recently completed after an epic restoration in 2010 and 2011. The organisers of the Kelsall event maintain a cut-off for automobile exhibits, ensuring that no modern cars sneak in and dilute the show. A fine collection of preserved lorries were in evidence, with many fine buses and coaches adding to the proceedings.
