Mercury Monterey of 1963.
Both of these old Mercury photographs arrived together from the United States, so may well show the same car albeit with different registrations. The cars shown are both 1963 Mercury Monterey four-door saloons, and a closer looks confirms that they're the new-for-'63 406 cu. in. Monterey Breezeway, with a powered rear central window arrangement.

The colour photograph shows a Monterey with a 1963 Ontario registration plate, and a smart lady stepping out of it. The three-piece rear window arrangement of the Breezeway can be clearly seen, and just visible alongside the lefthand rear lamp cluster is a badge for the supplying dealer

The second photo shows a seemingly identical third-generation Monterey Breezeway, albeit with US (New York) registration plates, or Tags, rather than for Ontario. Same car? same lady? it seems very likely.
