Classic milkfloat.

I've been scratching my head over this one for a while, trying to establish the make of electric milkfloat shown here. The Morrison Electricar was a common float, but those that I've seen have a shorter wheelbase than that shown below, and less pronounced wheelarches. Smiths is another possibility, but so far I've drawn a blank on an exact match. However, there are milkfloat enthusiasts out there, so I'm hoping one will spot this picture and be able to id this one. Does anyone remember Britton's Milk? This one looks like it was taking part in a carnival, judging by the children and bunting adorning the rear load area.
While researching old milkfloats, I've found a few interesting sites which fellow fans of the float might find interesting!
