VW Kubelwagen picture.

I'm not sure if this is an original Kubelwagen or in fact a re-creation of the WW2-era Volkswagen - the registration suggests this may be a replica based on a 1968 VW Beetle.

All the photos in this section were taken at Astle Park in 2005, on what was a very very rainy day! The VW shown above got a real drenching - top marks to the owners of all the old vehicles on show, I'm sure they'd rather their prized vehicles were tucked away out of the inclement weather. Despite the efforts of mother nature, the Kubelwagen looked really well and is a credit to its owner.
