Background information on the Citroen 2CV photograph:

Originally designed for French farmers to cart their wares across bouncy fields the 2CV became a design legend. Production of the tin snail ended in the late 80s. Most of those still around have had their chassis replaced due to the rot-prone nature of the originals.

The event began with the old cars congregating at the village green in Hankelow, and driving down in a leisurely convoy to the exhibition fields in nearby Audlem.
