Background information on the Ford Prefect E93A photograph:

Seen here in wartime blackout guise is an early Ford Prefect. Postwar cars would have revised front wings and many other detail changes. Note the white painted bumper and headlamp covers. Cars driven during the blackout in WW2 would often have their wing edges painted white to aid their being seen in the darkness.
