Background information on the Honda S800 photograph:

This S800 was built at the time when Triumph were selling the Spitfire and MG the MGB and Midget. It was a bit of a tight fit for lanky european drivers but showed that the Japanese were well upto speed in designing and building great little cars.

The event began with the old cars congregating at the village green in Hankelow, and driving down in a leisurely convoy to the exhibition fields in nearby Audlem.
