1950s Phillips Panda moped.
I aim for variety with the photos shown on oldclassiccar and this is for sure the first time I've shown one of these unusual mopeds on here. This one was manufactured in 1959 I think. If the engine conks out you can always pedal it home - and the pedals also double up as the starter mechanism because you have to pedal the small (49cc?) engine into life.
