Rover Twelve Tourer.
Only around 200 examples of the 12 Tourer were built in 1947. The mechanical side is the same as on the 1937-1947 P2 saloon. The touring coachwork rear of the scuttle was by APA Ltd of Coventry. This Rover spent its early years in Malta and then Singapore before returning to these shores. In the mid 90s it was extricated from a Warwickshire barn and restored over 5 years. The engine is a 4 cylinder OHV unit of 1.5 litres.
