A number of RM variations were built by the Riley factory in the 1940s and 50s. Earlier cars had full length running boards whereas later cars had theirs faired into the bodywork and were much less prominent. Two engine sizes could be chosen - either the one-and-a-half 1.5 or the desirable two-and-a-half. Most were closed saloons such as this one although a roadster version was available. I'd be interested to include more details of this cars history, so if you own the RM shown below, or are a bit of an expert on the subject of Riley then by all means get in touch. |
