A few notes on this classic Austin:

Replacing the Hampshire in the early 50s was the rounded A70 Hereford as seen here. Alongside is a suitably period touring caravan. Styling was very similar to the Somerset saloon - just on a slightly larger scale. The doors however were (if I recall correctly) interchangeable between the A40 and A70.
