On the stage at Croft during the '74 RAC Rally: Datsun Violet
This 2 door Violet coupe was driven by Chris Sclater and M. Holmes.
I must say a big thanks to Rob Ryder who took these photos during the 1974 event, and kindly agreed to them being featured on oldclassiccar - thanks Rob! If anyone else out there has photos like the picture of a rally-prepared Datsun Violet above, whether featuring rally cars or other types of motorsport events, it'd be great to feature them here like this.
