On the stage at Croft during the '74 RAC Rally: Volvo 142
Driven by Per-Inge Walfridsson is this late-model 2 door Volvo 142 - 2dr version of the more common 144 road car.
I must say a big thanks to Rob Ryder who took these photos during the 1974 event, and kindly agreed to them being featured on oldclassiccar - thanks Rob! If anyone else out there has photos like the picture of a rally-prepared Volvo 142 above, whether featuring rally cars or other types of motorsport events, it'd be great to feature them here like this.
