The Rally Of The Tests historic car rally held in November 2005

Notes on this classic MG MGA 1500 seen on 13th Nov 2005.

The green 1500 coupe dates to 1957 and is the fixed head version. Alongside is the cockpit from a McDonnell Douglas F4 Phantom complete with re-fuelling probe fitted. And alongside that is my A40 Devon!

This picture, of an early MGA 1500, is photo number 76 of 95 images that I've put up on the site showing the historic rally cars that took part in this event in 2005. Please go to the main Rally Of The Tests photos page to see the other 94 photos! All were taken during a mid-morning stop-over between competitive stages during the rally on Sunday 13th November. The venue was the former secret nuclear bunker at Hack Green, near Nantwich in Cheshire.
