The Rally Of The Tests historic car rally held in November 2005

Notes on this classic Triumph TR4 seen on 13th Nov 2005.

A few TRs took part in this rally including the 1962 example photographed here. Larger diameter Minilite alloy wheels and a sizeable roll cage are all modifications that this car has received.

Classic Triumph TR4 car on this vintage rally

This picture, of an early TR4, is photo number 66 of 95 images that I've put up on the site showing the historic rally cars that took part in this event in 2005. Please go to the main Rally Of The Tests photos page to see the other 94 photos! All were taken during a mid-morning stop-over between competitive stages during the rally on Sunday 13th November. The venue was the former secret nuclear bunker at Hack Green, near Nantwich in Cheshire.
