A few notes on this classic SAAB 96 Bullnose:
Early bullnose 2 strokes had the SAAB badge mounted above the grille whereas the later revised Bullnose had a badge incorporating the outline of an aeroplane set into the cast aluminium grille.
If you can provide more info on 96 Bullnoses, or other SAABs similar to this, please get in touch. In all there are 170 photographs featured from the 2006 revival, including competition cars, service vehicles, pushbikes, and a few interesting old motors owned by visitors to the race. To make things more manageable, they have been split into 2 sets (this SAAB is in set 2).
