Classic MG Magnette.
Badge engineering was in full swing when the stylish ZA/ZB Magnettes were replaced in the BMC dealerships with this re-worked Farina version. It can trace its parentage to the Oxford & Cambridge saloons. Whereas a few Cambridges came with diesel power the MG was only ever available with the trusty B series.
MG Books Whether for the Magnette as shown below, or any other type of MG, it is worth having a look on Amazon for books, DVDs, Videos etc.

Magnette on display at Tatton Park, Cheshire.
If you have any more info or restoration stories about this particular Magnette, or Magnettes in general, I'd really like to feature it on oldclassiccar.
I took all these photos at the classic & vintage show held at Tatton Park, in June 2005. The MG shown above was one of several hundred vehicles held in the grounds of this National Trust property.
