Ford Cortina Mk4.
Bog standard 1.6 Cortinas could be seen parked in virtually any street in the 1980s but now are rarely seen outside the show arenas. This trim Mk4 dates to 1977 and it one of few Cortinas to have escaped the ravages of the rot. The MkV Cortinas would be based on the MkIV and continue with this general body styling right upto the launch of the jellymould Sierra in 1982/3.
