Jaguar XJ6 Series 1.
The 2.8 model didn't last long in the Jaguar line-up. It was meant to be an economy model but wasn't a whole lot more frugal than the 4.2 and suffered piston problems that wouldn't be rectified properly during the car's production. 2.8 litre XJs are now a decent bet if ultimate performance isn't your goal. Many have led easy lives so may not have received the same amount of hammer that a thrashed 4.2 or 5.3 may have suffered. This XJ6 was for sale.
