Pontiac Chieftain 4dr.
This photo came with no other information, other than what can be made out in the shot. The Pontiac's registration number is 998-553. The year of registration is also given - 1953 - as is the location - Minnesota USA, often referred to as the Land of 10,000 Lakes (which also gets a mention on the licence plate). This ties in nicely with the car, which looks like a '53 Pontiac Chieftain four door sedan. Advertisements of the day proclaimed that "No Car So Good Ever Cost So Little!".
