After the war in car wireless sets were still a luxury option. The dapper gent here is obviously thrilled at the prospect of driving his lady around listening to the latest ditties on the wireless. Models were available suitable for both 6v and 12v cars. Interestingly buried away at the bottom is the advice that DRH was a division of General Motors Ltd in 1950.
