I don't know where else to post this on the forum so if it's in the wrong place i'm sorry..BUT..
I have nothing to do with this company but this is the 3rd time I have used them and have to say they are one of the best companies involved in the classic car industry.
On Monday I posted a starter motor from a Daimler Dart..it was grating when engaging and sometimes would jam up. I could see that the rear bearing had failed so posted it to TA Spares in Chatham..it arrived on Tuesday, they overhauled it and posted it out on Wednesday...08.30 Thursday morning it was back home looking fantastic.
Now for a top class job you would expect a high price...for the "express service and next day delivery" the total...£88.00 less than half the price of a cheap aftermarket item..and I bet it lasts many more years as well.
As I said, I have nothing to do with these guys but they really do deserve a mention.
