I went down to this "do" on Saturday for the first time, I should have booked the Volvo in but it didn't happen but managed to park it close to the display areas.

There was a good mix of cars, lorries, tractors and motorcycles, with a few steamers thrown in for good measure. Here are eighty photos from the day.

It was nice to see the A35 van and the 10/4 Cabriolet that both graced the garage here at one time.

I didn't see the owner, but there was a "Four Fifty" badge on its rump, suggesting that perhaps a Wolseley engine (plus other changes) had been introduced, many years back. Maybe a DVLA check will shed light on its engine and thus its source.

An early "custom" MM!Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, although it does show some ingenuity in the choice of parts:P
I note it has the ends of a "Lolite" grille, and A30-35 side lights.Although i suppose they could also have come from the Wolseley.
Then again,is this any worse than the fake "V8" or "RR" noses that were inflicted on some VW beetles in the 70's?
Probably not.
I'm not a fan of the slotted wheels seen on the MM above it either.Horrible!
My favourite is the Corsair, because i was a 60's kid,and probably because it was so unloved in it's time. They were derided by some as the "Poor man's Thunderbird"
Thanks for the pics,Rick.

Amazing to see the two Austins UJ 1352 and UJ 1355. Both registered on 24th March 1933, almost certainly at the same garage in Shropshire. And then they turn up at the same show, 80 years on in the same county! Incredible.
