Hi Peter,
That's a tricky one!
It has tiny little brakes which suggests small wheels so probably American.
It's not a BMW 328 but maybe it was someone making a 328 look alike.

| I don't recognise it, but something about it suggests French to me - could it be an early Thirties Peugeot or Citroen, perhaps? |
