|
|
By a happy coincidence, we found ourselves in the vicinity of an old bus rally, earlier this month. Organised by the Bristol Vintage Bus Group, a large collection of classic buses, joined by a good number of cars, descended upon a Park and Ride site in Bristol for the day. A tie-in with the nearby Avon Valley Railway meant that vehicles ferried members of the public between the two attractions throughout much of the day.
After a steam train ride, we hopped onto an open-top Bristol Lodekka and headed over to the main bus gathering. There were some great buses and coaches on display, the cars weren't bad either

Hi
I have always liked the look of the Royal Blue with the roof rack, prefer it to the one with the roof edge windows.
What is pic number 2?
The bonnet shape reminds me of something other than Bristol, Leyland Comet. _________________ Bristols should always come in pairs.
