Hi,
I new to the forum. what fascinating reading. I've loved classic cars ( mainly 1950's ) as long as I can remember. Of course years ago they were just old bangers. At present I run a Ford Zephyr mark 2. I also have a BMW Isetta bubble car which is a wreck and I can never see this getting on the road. Previouly classics I've owned are 1958 Ford Consul, 1954 Ford Zephyr and a 1970 Morris Minor. Also I used to drive my wifes !962 Triumph Herald. My dram car would be a 1950s yank, but space and finances won't allow.

Cheers.

Hi

Have I said welcome in a nother thread I think so, if not welcome!

Have you any piccies of your cars?

Especially the Isetta, I love small cars and a bubble car has go to be one of the cars I need to own one day! shame if you can't get it on the road as I bet you would have a bit of fun, and they are rare now!

Cheers

Dave

Welcome Fifties Cruiser, would be inetrested to see photo's of your cars sometime, especially the Zephyr. You would enjoy a day out at the Bubble car centre Buzzy, just up the road from here. They have a great collection of bubble cars etc.

Hi PA, that looks like an interesting collection - is it a museum? or someone's personal assortment of bubbles?

Cool the Isetta is great, I'd be tempted to do enough to get it going again and leave the bodywork for another day, so long as it holds together, would be a hoot to drive around in that!!!!!
