Nice interior. Looks like a genuine 26k miles.

It is always something, isn't it?
If it is not the money, then it is the space, or the nagging wife....
Come on, space cannot be the real reason you cannot buy this. I mean, if you REALLY had an eye on these sort of cars and something like this came up you would buy it whatever. Rent the space, silence the wife and get a loan from your rich brother.
From the day I was looking for a Big Farina (1995) I know I the ultimate for me was the VandenPlas Princess 3 Litre. I ended up with a Westminster A110, and a very nice car that is. VdP 3 Litres are VERY rare here in the Netherlands, we know of only one that still exists. Until....
I got contacted by someone who had a friend who had a VdP 3. Stored in a shed since over 20 or maybe even 30 years, and in bad condition. Last week I had a look at the car, spoke to the owner who turned out a very nice man, and I made an offer.
I do not really have the space at the moment, cannot really explain ANOTHER car to my family and do not have my own money tree in the garden. But hey it is a 3 Litre, LHD and with original NL registration so how can I let this go, at least have a try to get it?
