Morning all,
There must be some fascinating shelf content out there, perhaps in dens, man caves, sheds, garages, offices and so on.
Let's see a few photos of shelves with eye-catching gems on them - not just toys, but other memorabilia, prized tools, books, photos, basically anything that's old and above all - interesting to fans of old stuff
Here are a few to begin with:

Some of my radio collection. All electrically restored. Some I've refinished the cabinets on too, but I prefer to leave the original finish alone if its not too scratched up or suffering from a woodworm attack.

I have an old GEC Bakelite radio on the shelf, dated 1939. Lovely shape to it but alas not in working order. _________________ Various Rootes Vehicles. |

My man cave....a bit chaotic at the moment, have aquired some sheet metal tools that are taking up a load of space! Currently building an extension, until it's done everything is tight

I very much like the look of that workshop, I don't like a workshop that looks like it never gets used. _________________ Various Rootes Vehicles. |

Great photos. The Salvage Hunter regularly uncovers some gems on his travels and cars as well. On Flog it the other day ,a Scalextric set and a Subbuteo set sold for over £100. Never liked Subbuteo never seen the point of it. My old toy collection went years ago. Those pictures bring back great memories. _________________ The Clan Chieftain |
