I had a quick trip over to this show on Saturday afternoon - I think the weather forecast for Sunday must have persuaded everyone else to come on Saturday as well, it took ages to get on the car park (big queue for those coming from Manchester direction) and would have taken ages to get off if I hadn't noticed another exit (after queueing for 20 minutes, that is).
I didn't get a lot of photos, very hard to get a shot without someone in the way, perhaps because it was busy. Autojumble had quite a lot of different stuff to those I am used to, some overlap but not much. So it was nice to have a browse without recognising stuff.
Anyway, a handful of photos :

I went to this show again this year, though I spent more time in the autojumble than taking photos so I don't really have anything to post - so many were parked in the same places as last year it would just be a repeat. And so many others think it's a great idea to stick their picnic table in front of the vehicle, just ruining any photos.
Car park was chaos again - four lanes merge down into one to get in, then there's a massive queue to get out until someone thought of getting the farmer to open another gate to relieve the tension. The show is nice, but it's little things like this that make me wonder if it's worth going. |
