In case anyone was going to Nantwich Show connected to the car display, it's been cancelled due to ground conditions. |

I've been down there this morning as the cheese tent is still open and I like to stock up. It's not terrible in the places I can see, though there are some pretty deep ruts just past the fencing. It hasn't really rained since yesterday evening when the forecast suggested it would go on overnight, and of course they can't leave it until this morning to make the decision. |

Short notice, but there's an event at Blakemere Craft Village near Northwich this weekend.
And it's Astle Park traction engine rally too. |

Tatton Park for me this weekend, then Oulton Park Gold Cup the weekend after, and Cholmondeley Castle on the Sunday after that. |

I believe this Sunday (20th October) there is a morning meeting at the Cholmondeley Arms, on the A49 near the castle.
I've also heard there is a VSCC trial near Oulton Park / Delamere area on the same morning, but I have no more detailed information on the location, nor who is on trial, or for what. |

There's a free gathering at the Heritage Centre in Crewe on Sunday Feb 9th starting at 9am, free entry. I heard that the one they ran last month was very well-attended. |

This event was cancelled due to weather, and it's been re-scheduled for this coming Sunday Feb 16th apparently. |
