Its not a Vauxhall, but I note the flutes on the top ala Vauxhall.

It looks Germanic to me; maybe Adler, Horch, Audi, Wanderer from the late 1930s?

Looks foreign to me.
Although not correct it reminds me of a 1939 FIAT 1100.

| I think it's homemade. for wauxhall 10-4. because there are parts similar to vauxhall10-4. I'll post pictures tomorrow |
