I bough this for £2 in a reclaim/vintage antique centre in Lincoln, UK, last week
You can't capture the lit filament and the support in a single image, of course, due to the dynamic range, but taking 5 bracketed shots and combining in the excellent software Photomatix Essentials produces this:
This was taken with a 1:1 macro lens. To show detail in the filament itself you have to add a 2X converter. Lovely colours!
And this was produced by stacking several images in Zerene Stacker, and with some post-processing in Astra Image Plus. The filament really shows up well:
