Suggestions please for the least messy and wasteful way to transfer a small amount of paint from a large 5 litre tin to a smaller container.
Thanks |

Google "Paint Spouts" ; cheap plastic spouts that clip on to paint tins and make life much easier when pouring.

I would say use a ladle for small amounts or a handy tool I found when coach painting was a paint cup. _________________ Various Rootes Vehicles. |

It is possible to create a spout using masking tape. If you are unsure experiment with a cup/mug and water to find the best method. I have done this in the past with success. _________________ Hillman minx convertible. Lanchester LD 10 |

I have made a spout from a coiled sheet of paper - works a treat! _________________ in the garage: 1938 Talbot Ten Airline
