Peter; the Austin (green one) has suicide doors the car at Langport has the hinges at the front and handle to the rear.

Very true the green (Hillman) "Austin" is coachbuilt so I guess anything's possible.

This is a 1936 version of the Gordon drophead coupe on the Austin chassis; I could convince myself that there are sufficient similarities between the two cars ...
