				| Great stuff, cheers - i'd love to visit Beaulieu but it's so far away! Thanks especially for the photos of the two Sunbeam record breakers - i'm currently about 2/3 through 'The Fast Set', about Malcolm Campbell, Henry Segrave and John Cobb breaking the land speed record, it's a great read for anyone interested and also mentions Brooklands quite a lot as well, including the Bentley Boys | |

I second that. The strongly contrasting characters of Cobb and Campbell are wonderfully brought out in the book.

				| Hi Stuchamp, Yes the Silver and Golden Halks were amongst my favourites from schoolboy days. Nice to see them in the flesh rather than just diecast toys.
Hi Rick, I guess the Lagonda is a sort of '30s rat rod.

Here are a couple more pics from the Beaulieu garage.

				| Hi
I really like that garage, I think my next shed may be inspired by this one!

Well I will be getting another telling off by my mother, when she reads this, hehe

No seriously, I mentioned to her I want a shed with a roller shutter door, didn't go down too badly!

 Cheers

 Dave
