I thought MBM went out of business a few years back. must have my wires crossed. They used to rebuild minis to all sorts of specs including minis that looked fun and sporty, but maintained a low insurance group for new drivers.
I will have a look at there add, thanks for the link penman!

| there's a fellow locally who imported a BUNCH of Aussie and Kiwi Minis a few years back; it was a trip back in time to wander his lot! there were all sorts of versions, mostly RHD but a few left hookers, a couple of beautiful Morris Minors, and a large group of Landies. the simplest transportation practical, save feet or a horse. no EFI, ABS, GPS, SRS.... a veritable box of old nails. i love them..... |
