The '32 Chevy has moved on to a new home, replaced by a very nice 1929 Ford Roadster. I promise to post photos soon.

Is your Model A one with the smaller bore engine- I think that they were referred to a '12.9', or with the bore and stoke of the products of Canada and U.S. ? _________________ Dane- roverdriver but not a Viking. |

RJ, I'd taken the Chevy's restoration as far as my knowledge, skills and facilities would allow, up to the standard of a reliable driver. It seemed the best path in terms of time and expense to a higher standard was to buy a car in better condition. Also, the Model A club meetings are only 4 miles from home.
RD, It's a US spec car if that answers your question. I'm still learning about Model A history and variations, especially with regards to country of origin.

Thanks PapaJoe. I hope the Model A gives you as much pleasure as I have had from the marque. The last one I owned was bought in 1966, restored by my wife and myself in 1971/72, taken on the International rally in N.Z. in '72, then brought to Melbourne, Australia, where we clocked up over 250,000 miles including trips to Perth and Cairns

We sold the car in 1990 as we moved to a new location and job. _________________ Dane- roverdriver but not a Viking. |
