I don't remember ever seeing an Aston Martin /Lagonda Rapide; it must be a very rare car. This guy saved it and did some very neat work.

I agree. I think you need to be quite self confident to change the colour of a rare and valuable classic these days. There is a general trend towards everything being restored to exactly as it left the factory.

I was interested to see how this home restoration was done because the sheer amount of work required to achieve what he has in three years is quite remarkable.

I take my hat off, lovely car and we all know how much work and effort a car in that condition takes, especially as parts can't just be ordered from the likes of Moss!

I've been thinking about this one, and yes, when uou think about the work that's gone into it and look at the end result it's such a huge transformation.

But also its a rare car and this chap saw the potential and went for it. Fair play to him.
