A mate has this in his shed and we can't see what it's from. He's had a Stag, Midget and TR4 but it doesn't look line anything from one of those cars. It's an aluminium channel with bolts that slide along it to hold it in place. I think the square recess is so the bolts can be inserted into the channel, as the ends are closed. It's around 43.5" wide. There's a recess on one side that could be for a steering column, if it's a trim that runs along the bottom of a dash.
