Spent the last couple of days down in Cornwall with work and during our travels spotted a few nice classics.
A white Vauxhall FB..well supposed to be white but now being covered in green growth...
Then some nice older Land Rovers going about their daily business... _________________ Various Rootes Vehicles. |

Spotted a few out in the sunshine today. 3 or 4 MGBs and a Midget.
But best of the lot was a silver G registered Ford Cortina Mk2 1600E, lovely car. Just the same as my father's unrestored F reg. Both Somerset registered too. _________________ Various Rootes Vehicles. |

I'm not much of a fan of Southern stuff, but there isn't much activity on local lines that don't have overhead cables so I take what I can. First time I've actually had advance warning this year, thanks to a bloke on Facebook. _________________ 1976 Vauxhall HP Firenza, 1976 Vauxhall Sportshatch (x2), 1986 Audi coupe quattro, 2000 Audi TT |

There was a local pub meet close to where I work yesterday evening so on my way home I passed plenty of classics on their way to it. But the one that stood out was when I was still in my office...I looked out the window after hearing a very throaty engine to see a wartime Scammel Pioneer trundling out of our trading estate!! _________________ Various Rootes Vehicles. |

Some really nice vehicles on show at WARAG this weekend both military and civilian.
A standout was a little 1937 Ford 8hp 7Y...for sale...
First thing my wife says when she saw it???
'What a lovely little car, I love it, that would suit me, can we take their number and call them??'
