Yesterday I took my daughter out for a spin in the Mini, she does remember the old Mini 1000 we had in the 90s that was retired , but not disposed of shortly after she was born.

Whilst driving I was telling her that the engine had been tuned, her response was " so its been mapped?" made me laugh, firstly that she even knew about cars being mapped, and that there is a a generational language !

You could try to explain "chronometric".? Of all the old tech ways it has to be the most involved.

I must be very old. In my day a tuned car was 'hotted up'!
