Hi

I know some one who has a couple of direct steam ploughing engines to restore, one has a tree that has grown between the footplate and the boiler, and is quite big! The cut it off above and below, and counted the rings, can' remember how old it was, but it is starting to come free, now it has gone a little soggy!
