Hi Maranda, as Greeney says no need to apologise!! I've got an old American truck, as has Job-Rated, Uncle Joe has a couple of American cars, plus Scotty, stuchamp, Dirty Habit, dclf1947,Giggles and others all have at least one US car to their name also!!

I feel better now. We also have John Deere tractors and a 60's Rambler, but I was hesitant to mention them.
I bought a reproduction shop manual and an original owner's manual for my car on ebay. I am hoping that the manual will tell me all the details about how things go together in the engine. I imagine I'll know soon if this was a correct assumption.
I think I'll start a new string in the projects discussion detailing my work in progress. I'll brush up on my vocabulary beforehand. I don't want to confuse a boot with my shoe. Look for me there. |
