I've updated the thread on how prospective new members go about joining the forum, and the T&Cs.

Basically I've popped a paragraph in saying that every now n then, no more than once or maybe twice in a year, I may send out an email to forum members, either referring to something of interest in the forums, or just a general nudge to gee up members who may not have called by in recent times.

Obviously I'd not want to be accused of spamming Rolling Eyes but I don't think an occasional email to the populus would harm, does anyone have any objections?? like I say, it'd be once every blue moon (if ever!), and no deluge of email!!!!! obviously any gentle 'gee-ing up' email wouldn't apply to the regulars who grace the forums, so they could just ignore it and hit the big Delete button Smile

There are many members signed up who are perhaps a little shy, and I'd welcome a few more of the infrequent visitors to call in and hopefully wade in to the activities.

ta, Rick

No objections whatsoever from me.

I would really like to see some of the ''no post'' members posting. I cant really understand why some people have registered, but never posted. i'm positive that some of them would have a lot to contribute.

Especially when many email me asking to join, and outline the many old vehicles they own, perhaps they forget to come back!!?? Confused
