As above really........Carlights appeal to me but anything with an attractive period interior and roof lights.
I am a carpenter. Also and have been restoring cars for many years so am able to undertake some restoration work.

Steve
Welcome to the forum.
There are a couple of Safari's for sale on my forum that have "an attractive period interior and roof lights."

Thanks Brian....... yes thats a Maldon on the Mud number. Its all cockles and caravans
I saw the safari ads but no pics so will chase them up.
I foolishly let a Castleton and a Colchester go in the last couple of years, both nice period vans in good condition but had no storage at the time.
I will report back any progress.

i am eagerly awaiting some touranger pics in the post.........
but am still looking for a good usable old van .........
open to suggestions for something from the 50's 60's with "lantern light' roof and wooden interior. Having had VW Devon Splitscreen campers in the past I am influenced by those lovely oak veneered interiors!!
All help will be much appreciated...... thank you. stevie |
