Thanks for posting these photos of both the 2007 & 2008
festivals vikingfibreline68, I study them over and over.
If I ever get over to your part of the world again I must try
and arrange for it to happen in September.... but then again, I
would like to be there for some of the HCC rallies and they
seem to happen around april to June.
So many Vintage Caravans so far away

The blue & cream caravan (photo 14 & 27) is a Willerby as it is owned bt a friend of ours, not sure what year it is.
He completly restored it and also helped us restore our 1958 Stirling, very useful chap to know!
Again many thanks for posting both sets of photos, have enjoyed looking at them.
Regards

I add my thanks for both sets of photos, and in my case especially for the Safaris.
I am now trying to find out if the Austin Healey 3000 "belongs" to the Safari. What a great car/caravan outfit. The number plate on the back of the caravan on the other side of the Healey belongs to a Range Rover, but the number on the Safari is not listed or insured. So if anyone sees the outfit at any other show, can they please find out details of the owner for me.
I knew that Carter Steam Fairs had a Safari - it came up for auction a few years ago, but then you show a pair. Strangely both with the same reg no on them. So I googled them and found that the greedy so and so's have got quite a selection.
Six Safaris plus one Royale!!
Thanks again for providing a bit more safari history for my archives. _________________ Brian
