Hy there, I've bougt an Austin7 built in 1934 and I really have difficulties to find a correct and functional carb for it.
It is two seated, driven on the right hand side, and has got a soft hood.
Chassisnumber: 199312
Enginenumber: M190908
Is there anybody how can PLEEEASE help me...!!

Hey Hermes,
In 1934 there were two Austin Seven types available. The last of the long wheelbase box saloons and the first of the Ruby (and it's derivitives)
The correct carburettor for a 1934 Austin is a Zenith 26VA.
If you live in the UK, I would suggest that you go along to one of the many Austin Seven Club shows and swap meets.
Your chassis number of 199312 indicates that it was built in September 1934 and is is probably a Ruby (or Ruby derivitive) Your engine was built in January 1934.
There are several books that I suggest would be helpful:-
The Austin Seven - Motor for the millions by R J Wyatt
The Austin Seven Source Book by Bryan Purves
These two give the full story about Austin Sevens.
A workshop manual for the Austin Seven by Doug Woodrow is available from MERCURY VINTAGE SERVICES

It would appear you bought yourself a nice Austin 7 opal tourer, Kieth is right it's a Ruby derivative, 1934 was a fun time at Austin as the change from box saloons to Rubys heralded a major step forward.
The carb should be the Zenith V type as Kieth says, however you can ugrade to the SU carb with an adapter piece on the manifold, depends on what your going to do and need for max performance.
I noticed the engine photo has the fuel pump off, do you have this or is that missing too?
Lots of information is available on The Austin Seven Clubs Association web, I recomend you see the 1934 handbook that would have shown your carb on page 18 (page 11 of this pdf file)

another good sourse of help is www.austinsevenfriends.com/ they have good forum too for all technical advice.
and for new parts try the seven workshop in Wiltshire UK, the Austineers (great for used spares like your carb) is next door.

Hey Hermes,
Just seen the photos of your Seven. It looks very nice indeed.
Ian's suggestion of using a side draught SU is probably the easiest as the Zenith is made of some cast metal that corrodes very badly over the years, and are consequently pretty hard to get hold of today. If your fuel pump is missing the correct one is an AC type M.

www.gowerlee.dircon.co.uk would have the right, but they are horribly expensive want to have 400€ + shipping...
Sorry, but I feel thats too much for a single carb

Try checking out a few of the Austin Seven Clubs in Britain. Most of them have a web page and I would be very surprised and disappointed if they could not help at a reasonable cost.
Zenith 26VA's do turn up from time to time.
There is also an Austin Seven Club in Germany which must be closer for you.
