I saw a link to this on Autoshite so thought I should post it. What an incredible vehicle! It is based on a 1958 Thames Trader fire engine and needs to find a new home ASAP as the owner has been offered £300 for scrap (aluminuim body). She wants offers in excess of this amount, although remember it is a non runner and it sounds like it will need serious work to get it back on the road. I do hope it gets saved as it is totally unique

Anyone on here fancy taking it on? _________________ Richard Hughes |

No, but if you look at the windows above the door, just above there is a trim that I think must have been the original roof line. Everything above there looks 'new' to me. (it was converted in 1962) _________________ Richard Hughes |

Hi
To me it has the look of a horse box with extra windows. _________________ Bristols should always come in pairs.
